Nelson Hotels & Inns, the group behind much loved venues including Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa and The Fishpool Inn, share a sneak peek inside their latest development: The Manor at Greasby is set to open this winter, offering an upscale gastropub-style restaurant and a luxurious wedding and events barn.
Located in the heart of Greasby on the Wirral, The Manor restaurant will offer great food whilst paying homage to the building’s rich 17th century lineage. For their fifth venue, the Nelson Hotels & Inns team is working with an award-winning interior design agency, known for developing unique venues with leading hospitality brands including Michelin-starred chef and entrepreneur Tom Kerridge. The inspiration behind The Manor’s design was to create a premium yet accessible dining concept and the designers were inspired by the historic character of the building when they set out to create a welcoming, unique and vibrant design which would modernise and elevate the grandeur of the original building.
Expected to open its doors this winter, the relaxed restaurant interior will feature rich tones throughout the décor, alongside comfortable plush seating, low lighting and warm colours to create a cosy and welcoming atmosphere for family dining. Like all Nelson Hotels & Inns venues, The Manor at Greasby will also be dog-friendly throughout.
